Acrux Analog ยท Interim Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective August 25, 2026

Interim policy. This policy describes the current Acrux account and tool launch and will be reviewed with legal counsel as the service develops.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to acrux.co, Acrux accounts, the Professional Contact List Builder, and other Acrux tools that link to this policy. It explains what information Acrux collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and profile information: name, email address, business or organization, website, position, account role, and authentication status.
  • Tool activity: search requests, saved searches, generated or imported contact records, source links, exports, and related tool settings.
  • Authorized uploads: files and contact information you submit after confirming that you own the material or are authorized to use it.
  • Technical information: browser and device data, IP address, security and server logs, required authentication-session data, and public-site analytics.
  • Communications: messages and requests you send to Acrux, including support and account requests.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts; provide, save, and improve requested tools; process authorized uploads; deliver account and security email; support users; prevent fraud and misuse; diagnose service problems; and comply with applicable law.

4. Public professional information

The Professional Contact List Builder searches information that professionals, businesses, government bodies, associations, or other sources have intentionally published. Acrux does not intend the tool to expose private or restricted contact information. Records may include a source link and confidence indicator so users can review the basis for a result.

5. Service providers

Acrux uses service providers to operate the system, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend for transactional email, and OpenAI for supported automated processing. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services and under their own contractual and privacy obligations.

6. How information is shared

Acrux does not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers operating the system; when required by law or a valid legal process; to investigate fraud, abuse, or security threats; to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a business reorganization, subject to appropriate protections.

7. Retention and deletion

Account information and saved tool records are retained while needed to provide the service, support your account, meet legal obligations, or protect system security. Original uploaded files are deleted after processing. Generated records remain associated with your account until you delete them or request deletion, subject to limited backups, logs, legal requirements, and security records that may persist for a reasonable operational period.

8. Your choices

You may review or correct profile information through available account features. You may delete saved lists where the tool provides a delete control. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information, email admin@acrux.co. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or necessary for security.

9. Cookies and sessions

Acrux uses browser storage and required session technologies to keep users signed in and protect account access. The public website may use analytics technologies to understand traffic and improve the experience. Browser settings can limit optional technologies, but disabling required session storage may prevent account features from working.

10. Security

Acrux uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, server-side authorization, and database security controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

11. Children

Acrux services are intended for professional and business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service develops or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.

13. Contact

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to admin@acrux.co.
